JOHN DOGO (Partner)

He is a legal professional with a diverse background. He began his career as a State Counsel under the Director of Public Prosecutions in the Eket Judicial Division of the Ministry of Justice in Akwa Ibom State.

Later, he worked as an Associate Counsel and Solicitor at several law firms in Abuja, including Musa Baba - Panya Law Office, ABEBE & ABEBE, and Ali Akaba & Co.

John then went on to establish his own boutique commercial law firm called LEGAL ASSURED. Throughout his career, he has served as Head Legal Counsel for various companies operating in the technology, real estate, oil and gas, and energy sectors. He has developed expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law, with a particular focus on Regulatory Compliance and Governance Consulting.

John holds postgraduate degrees in Corporate Law and Governance, as well as Law in Human Resources. He is also an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Arbitration. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, showcasing his experience and qualifications in the legal field.
